We’re looking for a driven, polished Sales Negotiator who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and delivering a first-class property experience from start to finish.
This is a role for someone who understands that selling property isn’t just about transactions – it’s about trust, discretion, and outstanding service.
The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll be at the heart of the business, managing a portfolio of high-quality residential properties and guiding clients seamlessly through the sales process. You’ll combine commercial awareness with impeccable presentation and a genuine passion for property.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling enquiries and qualifying buyers with professionalism and confidence
- Conducting property viewings and showcasing homes at their very best
- Negotiating offers to achieve optimal outcomes for clients
- Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and colleagues
- Keeping accurate records and maintaining CRM systems
- Representing the brand with integrity, discretion, and attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in residential sales (preferred but not essential for the right person)
- A natural communicator with a warm, confident manner
- Highly organised, proactive, and commercially aware
- Well presented with a professional approach
- Target-driven with a strong work ethic
- Full UK driving licence

Salary will be a minimum of £30,000 OTE
Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9am till 5:30pm, including one Saturday every 4 weeks
