Free, Honest Property Valuations
How much is my house worth?
If you are thinking of selling your home, an up to date and accurate market appraisal is essential in order to evaluate the price of your property and enable you to consider your options and possible prices of homes you could purchase.
We look to give an honest, detailed and justifiable valuation based on our extensive knowledge of the regional property market. This is why we consistently achieve the best possible price for our clients, building a fantastic reputation in the North East.
How a free property valuation works
The first simple step to getting your property valuation is to fill out our online valuation form. This just asks for some basic information about yourself and the property, including the address, property type, number of bedrooms, etc. We will then use all this information to give you an estimated property valuation.
Will the online house valuation be accurate?
Our online valuation form will provide you with a base estimate price for your property like with most computerised tools this will only take into consideration factors such as location from the postcode provided, size of the property from the number of rooms and bedrooms provided and also recent market trends. It does not take into consideration any recent renovation or home improvements, therefore this online valuation should only be taken as an estimate. We will always follow up an online valuation with a free property valuation.
Once you have an estimated price, we will then send one of our experienced valuers around the property. They will use their local knowledge and experience to then give you an accurate valuation, once having seen the property. You can then decide whether you would like to put your property on the market with Sanderson Young. Remember, we work with vendors to ensure they get the best price for their property, and will always market your home accordingly.
