Years’ experience in the property industry: I am in the second year of my career within the Lettings Industry. I have learned a vast amount of knowledge and skills, and look forward to expanding on my current skillset with Sanderson Young.
Favourite part of your job: I most enjoy learning detailed processes, and understanding the meaning of why I am doing something. My role is very rewarding, and it is fulfilling to see a process through from start to finish.
Most challenging aspect of your role: I would say that most challenging aspect, albeit interesting, is dealing with complex escalations within property management.
Best advice for clients: Always prepare your property from the outset prior to a Tenant moving in. Providing a manual/instruction set on how things work in your property goes a long way!
Best way to spend your time away from work: A spa day is always the way to go! I love being outdoors and going for walks in the countryside – there’s always a lovely pub along the route for a Sunday lunch too!
