2024 has been an extremely positive year for me personally, a promotion within the company with a more valuation focussed role across the region. I now have over nine years’ experience in the property industry and felt it was absolutely the right time to strengthen my knowledge and practice in an area I am truly passionate about.
Since I’ve taken up this new role, I’ve been able to offer my clients a more personalised and bespoke service from the valuation stage all the way through to their property coming onto the market.
One area I’ve been focussing on that has been a great success to myself and my clients is social media. Social media has allowed me to build relationships with buyers and market homes in a more modern way than the traditional online marketing through websites and the portals of Rightmove or OnTheMarket. If I’m at your property and see something unique and beautiful, I like to take a photo that will allow me to tease it to my 6000 Instagram followers creating a buzz of activity from the very beginning of the process.
We’ve had great success from buyers coming through our social media to view properties and then even go on to purchase.
