
Once again, we successfully launched a wide selection of properties to the market on Boxing Day, with over 30 properties and new home developments introduced for sale.
Boxing Day has long been recognised as one of the busiest days of the year for buyer activity, both on Rightmove and on our own Sanderson Young website, as purchasers actively begin their search for a new home ready for a fresh start in 2026.
This year at Sanderson Young proved no exception, from the 28 properties launched, we have already recorded in excess of 150 viewings and received over 25 offers within the first week of returning to work in January, with many of these offers being sale agreed. This excellent level of engagement also highlights the overall positivity we are seeing in the market following the release of the Autumn Budget at the end of last year, with buyer confidence returning and homeowners who held back on launching their property for sale now pushing ahead.
