I just wanted to bring to your attention the outstanding person that is Gail MaClean.
She looked after me when I was a tenant at Smokehouse One Smiths Dock North Shields.
At every step she treated me with courtesy and respect.
She is a lovely person and always made me feel like a valued customer.
