What does your role at Jesmond Assembly involve?

Nathanial: I really enjoy my role as Senior Lifehost as it is a customer facing role which comes naturally to me. I like to make sure everyone feels included by bringing people together at social events. I also enjoy the problem solving and making living here as seamless as possible for the homeowner and rental members.

Joan: I work as the Sales Advisor at Jesmond Assembly, therefore I am the first point of contact for any new customers. I like to find out as much as possible about our customers in order to find the apartment that is best suited to them. I particularly enjoy hearing about
people’s journeys and what led them to Jesmond Assembly. A typical week in my role includes handling enquiries, conducting viewings, reporting and catching up with current homeowners and rental members to make sure they are happy and feeling settled in their
new homes.

Can you please tell us more about the community? 

Nathaniel: The residents at Jesmond Assembly are a brilliant crowd, they are very happy, positive and enjoy socialising with one another. They also know that we have their best interest at heart to ensure everyone feels included and are always here to help answer any
queries they may have. Additionally, Jesmond Assembly is in a fabulous location, with public transport, shopping, live music, cafes and restaurants right on our doorstep. The location is spot on.

Joan: It is easy living, everything is here for homeowners and rental members, especially as the apartments are well specified and suited to everyone’s lifestyles.
