SY Expert- Duncan Young reflects on the North East premium housing market

The Rare division of Sanderson Young was established many years ago to highlight the marketing and sale of beautiful homes, which offer unique accommodation in fabulous settings. Two such properties are the Ghyllheugh Estate & Jesmond Towers, which I am delighted to launch to the open market.

Jesmond Towers is a highly rare, individual and historic property, which dates back to the early 1800s and is undoubtedly the rarest and finest of private dwellings within the suburbs of Newcastle.
