Social Media Consultant Required
We are looking for a passionate, creative and strategic Social Media Consultant to work in our marketing department. You will be responsible for brainstorming marketing campaigns, creating social media posts across all platforms and analysing analytics. To be successful in the role as a Social Media Consultant, you must have excellent time management skills and be eager to keep abreast of industry innovations and have an interest in property.
Social Media Consultant Requirements
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms.

Eagerness to learn about new innovations and software.
Excellent time management skills.
Prior experience in marketing or social media
A degree in communication, marketing or social media
Creative flare and modern contemporary styling in social media communication
Reel / Video content editing knowledge
The skill to train others so they are able to direct their own work
Understanding of legal and trading limitations on what can be posted
Genuine care to make a difference in the marketing sale and letting of high quality luxury homes in the north east of England
