Step 2 – Finding the right property
Once we have a clear understanding of your requirements you will receive a selection of properties that match your criteria . We can also keep you updated via email and telephone on any new properties when they become available.
Step 3 – The key to successful viewings
Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9 am – 6 pm and Saturday 9 am – 4pm for your convenience and we recommend an early viewing to avoid disappointment. We can arrange pick up from our Regional office to drive you safely to your viewing and be on hand for any questions that you may have.
Step 4 – Making an offer
Once you have identified a suitable property we will communicate your offer to the landlord along with any special conditions that you may have.
Step 5 – Offer agreed
If your offer is accepted we will organise the following regardless of whether the property is managed or non managed. *ask you to fill out an application form and guide you through the referencing processes and keep you up to date on progress. *arrange signing of the tenancy agreement and all associated paperwork *collect the initial move in monies.
Step 6 – Completion
Upon completion, you will be given a set of keys and if your property is fully managed we will provide you with your dedicated property consultant’s contact details whom will be with you every step of the way throughout your tenancy.
