Despite this year continuing to be one of the most challenging for as long as we can remember, it seems that good old fashioned community spirit and human kindness still burns brightly in our local town.
Here at our Sanderson Young Alnwick office we were overwhelmed by the generosity of our wonderful customers, generous business associates and Sanderson Young staff for all of their kind donations towards our foodbank appeal.
We managed to fill a huge amount of hampers and boxes all of which were taken to our most at need local food bank and distributed through Alnwick, Amble and Shilbottle. We hope that this small act of kindness will allow families to relax, enjoy and eat well this Christmas day with their loved ones.
