The Stables, a unique collection of bespoke residential properties from JD Homes have now been released for sale, priced from £325,000.
The development of three and four bedroom detached homes located on Station Road in Stannington are available via selling agents Sanderson Young and will be designed and constructed by JD Homes and architectural firm, Blake Hopkinson. Sanderson Young have been at the forefront of residential New Homes schemes across the region for almost 20 years and their expertise has resulted in a proven track record of successfully selling many exciting new developments.
The Stables consists of five properties in total, the Epsom, Cheltenham and Ascot. Available house types include three bedroom bungalows, three bedroom homes and one four-bedroom property. Building work on the houses has commenced, with the first property due for completion in the autumn of 2018.

JD Homes is the residential building division of JD Joinery and Building Services, which employs 54 members of staff from its head office based in Cramlington. The Stables is the first multi-plot residential development from JD Homes with plans to bring the high quality construction and design of each property to a number of new locations throughout the region.
JD have collaborated with Blake Hopkinson Architecture on a number of previous schemes and in particular, worked together to create Little Elms – an award-winning, low-energy new build home in Gosforth, Newcastle. The building firm has also constructed some of the region’s most high profile residential schemes in recent years, including the multiple award-winning low-energy home at Park Lodge in Jesmond.
