Development Appraisals

We advise many clients on the value of potential development opportunities through our appraisal work. Whether a client is considering a site purchase for development, or looking at alternative uses for a site, Sanderson Young can advise. Our advice can either be informal for purchase or bidding purposes or formally to support bank funding. Many clients are considering alternative use values for existing sites and have maximised the potential for assets by seeking our advice.

We recently sold Allan House to Hotel du Vin - this property had been identified as being suitable for residential use and, through our advice, was sold to the Malmaison hotel group for conversion to a boutique hotel. Sanderson Young advised Ushaw College in Durham on an enabling plan for the seminary college.
