The tasty rewards of sales progression!

Sanderson Young place a great importance on sales progression, so that once a sale is agreed by our negotiators each individual case is looked after right through to completion. We have designated sales progression experts at Sanderson Young who focus their efforts entirely on liaising with mortgage lenders, solicitors, surveyors and the entire sales chain, making sure everything is running smoothly and therefore we experience very few fall throughs.
We were, therefore, delighted for our efforts to have been recognised, where both the buyers and sellers thanked us for our hard work in progressing with the sale of a property in Gosforth.
On completion Sheila Fleming, our Sales Progression manager, received a lovely email from the buyers:

The sellers of the property then went a step further, presenting us with a beautiful (and extremely tasty!) homemade cake for us all to share in the Gosforth office.
