‘Chapter 1’ Hemingway Court, Ponteland

Sanderson Young are delighted to reveal the first chapter in the story of Hemingway Court. Named after the renowned author Ernest Hemingway, the scheme will be a contemporary collection of 25 one and two bedroom apartments in the heart of Ponteland village. Designed to fit in to the village and its idyllic surround, the development will appeal to both those looking to get on to the housing ladder and those looking for a more manageable property in close proximity to the village amenities.

Developed by Ascent Homes, whose brand is synonymous with quality design across the region, the apartments will provide a high level of design and specification. The scheme has been developed to blend sympathetically with its neighbours and the construction has been careful to enhance the village environment. The build programme is due for completion from November 2018 and during the construction period the contractor has taken pride in continuing the quality and cleanliness on site throughout.

Hemingway Court Apartments, Ponteland

The first chapter of the story will be revealed on 20th June when the first units will be released for sale. The story will comprise the reveal of eight different house styles set over a number of floors – each style named after a famous author.

A mix of one and two bedroom apartments will be offered for sale through Sanderson Young, details of the floor plans are now available to view. Prices for these apartments will range from £113,950 for a one bedroom unit. These units are targeted towards buyers who live locally to Ponteland and in the North East and satisfy specified criteria to encourage buyers on to the housing ladder.
