The coffee shop at 95 High Street, Gosforth, was first established in summer 2009. It has now grown significantly and is well regarded as a hub of activity from breakfast through to lunch and dinner, within the centre of Gosforth.
Café No. 95 has now been expanded to Bistro No. 95, offering an evening international tapas, burger and steak bar. The licensed premises are ideal for those looking for a good bottle of wine and some fine food in a casual, yet vibrant, atmosphere.
The location on the High Street, with onsite parking and ease of access, is ideal for a variety of profile customers, from coffee morning mums to important business meetings, within the Wi-Fi enabled environment, contrasting well with those looking for a quick or more leisurely bite to eat of wholesome, freshly prepared and cooked produce. The eclectic room features a fabulous large fish tank which is always an attraction for the early evening families.

Rod, our Manager, is passionate about using fresh season ingredients. The extensive breakfast menu, with full English and eggs benedict/royale, is extremely popular as is the lunchtime special Thai chicken soup and tasty fillings for jacket potatoes, complimenting the varied sandwich menu, delicious cakes and superb range of coffees on offer.

With a truly international range of tasty tapas dishes, the bistro buzz starts very early from 5pm and early bird diners benefit from three dishes for £9.95 before 6.30pm Tuesday to Friday. The mouth watering 28 day sirloin and rump steaks compete with juicy burgers and selection of toppings for the menu favourites with chicken in sake and soy sauce as well as green Thai curry close runners up.
