Working closely with Duncan Young overseeing the day to day operational management of the company together with heading up the New Homes Division.
Janet moved to the North East in 1974 and has worked in estate agency within Northumberland and Tyneside for all that time.
Joining Sanderson Young in 2005, she has overseen some of the region’s largest developments at Grove Park and Elmfield Square, Gosforth, Lime Square, Newcastle and Echo 24 in Sunderland. Smaller niche developments have also been handled by the New Homes Division and during times of slow market conditions, due to the product and the marketing expertise offered, extremely good sales have resulted. Nicola specialises in providing advice on residential projects and has over 20 years experience of working on development projects. Nicola advises public sector bodies, private clients, land owners and developers and has significant experience of working in multi- disciplinary teams to offer valuation and market advice. Having worked in estate agency since 1993, Julie joined Sanderson Young in 2005 and was promoted in 2008 to Gosforth Office Manager.

Originally located on Newcastle’s Quayside, in 2009 the emphasis was placed upon a Regional Lettings Centre and the move was made to our flagship office at 95 High Street.
